Working with Shirin is amazing. We have used other realtors and she is by FAR the best one we have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond. She is HONEST about everything. She is not someone that is doing it JuSt for commission. She genuinely cared about us getting into the right home. We are a military family and move often. Shirin Kheshti was the realtor my sister and I chose to help us sell our childhood home. Shirin was the best realtor we could have chosen. She was very knowledgeable and professional and helped us navigate the uncharted waters of San Diego County Real Estate. Shirin went above and beyond at every step of the process. Upon noticing that the house needed more smoke detectors, she installed them. She took time out of her week to add water to the pool. Shirin was at every showing and open house. She contacted multiple vendors for requested repair estimates. She reviewed all of the repair work. She kept in close contact with the buyers and helped sort out any concerns. When there was an unexpected problem, Shirin figured out a way to resolve it. She also communicated with Escrow so that the closing went as smoothly as possible. Shirin kept in contact with my sister and I on a continual basis. We always knew of any issues or concerns and we were able to make our own choices. Shirin maintained a calm, respectful demeanor throughout the entire process. Shirin Khesti is an exceptional real estate agent. My husband and I worked with Shirin during the 2011 purchase of our condo located in Banker’s Hill. I instantly appreciated Shirin’s attentiveness to our wishes, quick response time to inquiries and paperwork, negotiation skills, and remarkable knowledge about the purchasing and selling process. For the last decade, Shirin has been instrumental in managing a rental property of mine within San Diego, CA. Her communication is impeccable, as she provided immediate feedback regarding the marketability of said property and ultimately guided me through all decision gates in order to rent the unit to subsequent tenants. This is notable considering that I live on the opposite coast within the US. Shirin is honest, she gives you advice, provides great feedback and she truly cares about your needs.  While my husband and I were planning to move to San Diego from the east coast, Shirin managed to find us the perfect home to move right into. Shirin was meticulous in helping us identify what we wanted and did not want, and made herself readily available to our questions and concerns at all times. It is very hard to find the perfect home online but Shirin made it happen! She is very sweet but tough as nails when it comes to fighting for her clients, she helped us get everything we wanted in our home and was on top of every detail. Shirin was on it!! This is our second purchase with her and she worked so hard for us both times! Our second purchase was a lot more work because we were buying and selling at the same time and on several occasions she took late night calls to help us work through questions and concerns we had.
