Shirin Kheshti, Point Loma real estate broker in San Diego

Point Loma Real Estate

Point Loma isn't one real estate market. La Playa, Loma Portal, Fleetridge, the Wooded Area, Sunset Cliffs and Point Loma Heights each have their own housing styles, price points and things buyers should understand before choosing where to live.

I've called Point Loma home since 2013 and have worked in San Diego real estate since 2008. It's where I'm raising my family, where my Coldwell Banker West office is located, and a market I know both as a broker and as a neighbor.

Whether you're considering buying here or selling a Point Loma home, my goal is to give you the local context and straightforward advice you need to make a good decision.

EXPLORE POINT LOMA

LA PLAYA

Bayfront living, harbor views and some of Point Loma's most distinctive homes. It's especially appealing for buyers who want to be close to the water and the village atmosphere along the bay.

LOMA PORTAL

Tree-lined streets, classic homes and convenient access to Liberty Station. Its central location makes it especially easy to get to downtown, the airport and the rest of Point Loma.

FLEETRIDGE

Wide streets, larger lots and primarily single-family homes. The neighborhood feels more tucked away and residential while still being minutes from the heart of Point Loma.

THE WOODED AREA

Leafy streets, distinctive architecture and some of the peninsula's larger properties. It tends to appeal to buyers looking for more privacy, mature landscaping and homes with individual character.

SUNSET CLIFFS

Coastal homes overlooking one of San Diego's most recognizable stretches of shoreline. Buyers come here for proximity to the ocean, dramatic views and easy access to the trails and coastline.

POINT LOMA HEIGHTS

A varied mix of homes connecting Point Loma and Ocean Beach. You'll find a broader range of home styles and price points here, with convenient access to both communities.
